We're at the midway point in today's practice. Both Tomas Holmstrom (abdomen) and Brad Stuart (finger) were taking part in drills. Holmstrom is doing battle drills as well. Stuart is on the bench for the five-on-five work. We'll find out after practice if Holmstrom is on track for returning in the next two days.
Mikael Samuelsson is not on the ice, a bad sign. He's not near returning from his groin injury.
Kris Draper is also not on the ice, but his health hasn't been a problem of late. We'll see if he just has the day off or if there is a problem.
