We are back at that same old standstill. If we want to beat them, no matter what the odds are against us, we need to go out, play fun hockey, and go force the puck down their throats and into the net.

Sorry that I missed the game chat last night, by the time first period was going... i was on my way to a rink. I assisted on our first and third goals (even) and scored our 2nd (pp) en route to un rout of our opponents 7-2. Our other wings fan had a goal and an assist also.

I finished +3, but was also out for both our powerplay goals. (so 6 for, 1 against during my shifts). I was hoping the effort in some small way would help the wings. Maybe not today. The goal was a beauty though, imagine that rafalski chip shot that landed on the crossbar, except it was low and right and landed behind the goalie's left leg from our left point.

Keep up the work everyone! Saturday and Sunday i must be in attendance to work game 3 and 4 of the AHL finals. They are tied 1 game to 1 right now. And we need to take advantage of 3 straight home games (2-3-2 in ahl).

Get Datsyuk healthy. Play fun hockey. Score lots of goals.
