Laraque gets five games for Kronwall hit

According to NHL.com.

Should have been longer IMHO, more than five and up to 10. I never understood why a player is held responsible for his stick, but nothing else. I don't care if it was accidental, you don't carry yourself that way on the ice because it could easily lead to such an injury.

And it WASN'T accidental, despite what the dirty, cheating liar says. If you watch the replay, he actually kicks his leg up and forward to catch Kronwall.

5 games is a joke. The NHL disclipline system is a joke. This says that it's OK for a team to use a fourth-line ham and egger to take out an all-star and the only penalty will be losing that guy for five games. A guy who barely plays as it is.

But what do you expect from people like Campbell and Bettman?

He wasn't worried at all, 10+ games for all knee-on-knees or their going to do it to someone else.
