Staying east
I will not be traveling with the Red Wings on their three-game West Coast trip leading into the all-star break. (Newspaper's choice; not mine.) I'll still be posting, but there won't be updates this week from practices, etc.

That's Disappointing. I know the paper doesn't normally spend the cash for longer west coast trips..but I figured with the Father trip you'd be able to get a good amount of stories to make it worth it. Oh well..
