Colorado's Tuesday morning skate

The Avs on on the ice right now for an optional morning skate. Peter Forsberg, who practiced yesterday, isn't on the ice. I'll update his status after practice. To give perspective, there are just nine forwards on the ice and six defensemen. Scott Hannan isn't on the ice either.

POST-PRACTICE UPDATE: Ryan Smyth is out for tonight's Game 3. He injured his foot blocking a shot in Game 2. Smyth had two goals and five points in eight post-season games.
"Smytty's had a real good playoffs for us," said Colorado coach Joel Quenneville.
Forsberg (groin) and Hannan (foot) are both probable for tonight, according to Quenneville. Forsberg has missed two of the Avs' eight playoff games. Hannan missed Game 2.

Just checking, but your post says that Hannan missed Game 3. I didn't even notice in watching the game, but I'm assuming he missed Game 2?
