Coach Mike Babcock said after Wednesday's win over Phoenix that Niklas Kronwall will likely be out for at least a week with a shoulder injury. Kronwall suffered the injury when Craig Weller checked him into the boards shoulder first. Babcock speculated after the game that Kronwall has a separated shoulder.
"We'll know more tomorrow," said Babcock. "Nothing you can do. I'll get a chance to look at someone else now. We've got some kids in the minors in (Jonathan) Ericsson and (Kyle) Quincey that I wanted to look at anyways. We'll find out what kind of depth we have."
